No wigs can be returned once opened. In the case a customer has received the wrong wig based off style, length or color is THE ONLY way a wig unit may be returned. Customer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the wig unit.
We offer Full refunds on most items within' 3 days of receiving your wig unit. The first step to our refund process is contacting us via email. All refunds are processed and returned back to your original form of payment method. In order to be eligible for a full refund, we must find the wig unit to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused by the fault of a 3rd Party or customer's own fault is not eligible for a refund.
